Personal Statement

Thank you for looking at my profile. I love to play soccer and saying goodbye to the competitive part of the game in high school is an awful thought. I have been exposed to and trained in many positions. To many coaches and other players winning is the most important thing. To me, winning is important but something that is even more important than winning is that every single time I step on the field, I will leave better than I came. Currently, I train and play in a central forward position, but I am confident to play in an attacking midfielder role as well. I am well known for my speed and strength on the ball and shooting between the 18-25 yard range. My abilities of knowing where everyone on the field are also a big asset of my game. The skill that I am most proud of is my ability to "spark" the entire team and lead us to victory. Not only can I impact the team on the field, but off the field as well. I plan to continue to make an impact for you and leave a mark. I try to make everything that I do fun. Even if its training for a big playoff game, or to win the section title. The team will become better if they have fun practicing what they have to do. Many forwards will put a high importance on how many goals they have scored.  It is more important to me that we win the game and get better every time we step on the field. If they have to cover me with three guys and I never score, but it leaves another man open to score, then I feel as though I have done my duty for the team. People get too wrapped up in a statistic sometimes and don't always see the bigger picture. I want to work with a team and a coach that see's the bigger picture. My grades and my family are also very important to me. I balance playing soccer, my grades, my social life and a job and I feel as though I do pretty well at it. If you think I could make a good addition to your team please contact me and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you!

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
