Personal Statement

My goal is to make an impact on the soccer program of a good college and further my education. My technical skill, work rate on the field, and passing are strengths, but defensive ability is what sets me apart from other players. I take pride in playing strong defense in the midfield and use my skill to turn players, make tackles, and disrupt the other team with pressure. My athleticism, agility, anticipation, and technique enables me to impact the game defensively. It is important to be well rounded. I also feel I can play anywhere on the field. I play the central midfield for my high school team, outside midfield for club, and filled in at right back this year due to an injury for club.

I am a good teammate and am very coachable. My parents instilled the value of always being humble and it has served me well. I work hard and feel I can make an impact on your program.
