Personal Statement
I believe in playing "smart" soccer. When I play I see the whole field and the plays that can be made from all the moving parts. I usually play center midfielder, but I am versatile and the coach plays me in a variety of positions from outside midfield to forward. I believe in hard work and the rewards that can come from it. My attitude is very positive and I believe in working as a team to accomplish "team" goals. I am a good student and I strive to do the best in can in all I do.
During my soccer career, I have received a variety of honors. As a junior varsity player I received the Up and Coming and MVP Awards. As a varsity player, I have earned the Up and Coming, Mate, MVP, All-Conference (2 Years), All-State, Soccer 605 Elite 11 and Soccer 605 Elite 11 Player of the Year, and 2015 Gaterade SD Boys Soccer Player of the Year. I am also captain of both my high school varsity team and my club team. In 2015, I had the honor of being invited to the Region II Olympic Development Team holdover camp in Chicago, IL.
