My name is Jack Jacobs class of 2025 at Episcopal High School in Houston. Academically I maintain a 3.4 GPA. I also play club soccer at Rise SC ECNL. I began playing competitive soccer at the age of 7. My High School team has made playoffs every year I’ve been at the school and am a starter on the team where i usually play right wing. This year we won the SPC State Championship. My club team has made ECNL playoffs the past 3 years including this year and I’m a starter on this team as well and play wingback. I hope to be able to play in College to further my soccer skills and be in the best academic environment possible. I love the game and being around the community of soccer players and coaches which brings out the best in me from competitive spirit to exercise and competition, all of which I love.
I think what sets me apart from the others is my dedication to my craft and loyalty to my teammates. I’m extremely driven and hard-working and I won’t give up on a play, my friends and in anything i’m doing.
I play unselfishly and am an encouraging team player that communicates well on field. I enjoy a “TEAM” game and am always looking to make the best play whether that means making the right pass, going back to the keeper or being aggressive and taking charge. I can be a leader, but also have ability to follow and be a role player to support the team. I’m not looking just for stats, but rather to win and enjoy the game, the team, and life. I hope to be able to continue this passion at the College level!
