The upmost priority for me, right now, is to make my way onto a college squad. Of course I want to play at the highest level possible while excelling at that level, and my self assigned high work rate and high standards will allow me to reach that goal. I am the captain of my school team, and a leader from the center of defense for club. My ability to win the ball is at a high level in both the air and on the ground, with my strong legs being the catalyst. Anticipation is a massive part of winning the ball as well as having the proper positioning, and because of my intelligence I am able to anticipate the next steps in the game.
In school, I have a 4.0 Unweighted GPA, ranked 7 out of 471 in my class. Five of my Seven daily classes are AP courses, all of which require a significant amount of intelligence as well as the ability to swiftly adapt to the classes format, and change the way I study in the class. Similar to soccer, that same adaptation is something that I possess. The opposition may be a very direct team with an aerial bombardment play style, which requires an instant shift in the way I defend; drop faster, or step quicker... depending on the speed of the attackers, or the shape of my defense in that situation.
I would define myself as charismatic, intelligent, and adaptable. These three aspects of my personality are the prime reasons I am very coachable, and willing to strive for excellence.
