Larry Beatty '15 Recruiting Profile

Been playing soccer my whole life played many of different positions but always find being a goalie as my best contribution to the team, and now i'm looking for a greater challenge by playing at the collegiate level. i'm not scared of a  challenge its actually what keeps me motivated to get better, and work harder than anybody else out there. I like to find out my weaknesses from a coach so i know what i need to fix to make myself a better player, make the team stronger, and to enhance my leadership skills. I love athletics but i also realize that grades and my studies come first i always make sure my grades are up so that my coach realizes i'm a dependable player on and off the field. My morals have always been you get what you earn so i realize that if i don't put forth the effort i don't expect to start or play much or even at all, but no matter what my coach tells me i support the team whether it be on the bench or out on the field. I respect my coaches because i know i'm not perfect i respect their opinion and i'm not afraid to ask what do i need to do to make this team better. I can promise any coach out there that i will do whatever it takes to accomplish the task at hand. Its been proven through awards i've achieved  such as 1st team all district goalkeeper, i also hold the school the record for 14 shutouts in one season, and helped push our team through 7 rounds of playoffs where we also made school history, I hav also been named the captain for our varsity squad in the 2014-2015 season.
