Personal Statement
Hello,
my name is Elias Stowell-Aleman, and I believe that what would make me an asset to your team and school is my leadership skills and determination to improve every single day. As a sophomore, I co-captained my high school varsity team and maintained that role this season as well. I always keep a very positive attitude on and off the field and I do not back down from a challenge. I believe that my versatility is a key component of my success. Freshmen year I earned a starting Varsity spot as a defensive mid before transitioning to a right-mid role my sophomore year, the same spring I played outside back for my club team. This season I moved back into central midfield. I believe that my work in the classroom is as important as my athletic ability and work hard to create quality work both in the classroom and on the field. I am hoping to pursue sports management in college.
