Nicholas Rivera '24 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to play at a high level of professional soccer and be a model of hard work for future athletes. In addition, I want to use my success to show people that establishing who you are is vital for success and happiness. I have been using the time I have during quarantine to work on getting stronger, faster, and improve my consistency/high performance quality. I graduated from High school in June 2021. I took college classes for the last 2 years. I am a creative, quick, attack-minded forward sometimes regarded by my Coaches as a "Baller". What I'll bring any team is my ability to keep our momentum going forward by applying pressure on the oppositions defense and my ability to assist my team's defense, helping to keep the ball in the oppositions half. I'm also a goal scorer. historically I've created over an average of 1 goal a game through any means necessary, whether it be consistent pressure to break down the opposing defense, assisting/creating a attacking play, or putting the ball in the goal myself. I have been training under ex-professional James Riley for the last 2 years and also attend martial arts classes as a black belt to help with agility, focus, discipline and strength. One last thing about me is that I also assistant coach for players u16 or younger in order to get a different perspective on the game and increase my soccer IQ.
