Playing college soccer has been a dream of mine since I could remember. Soccer has always been more than a sport to me, its my lifestyle. I remember many days and nights as a kid spent in my backyard or city park with a ball on my feet for hours on end and loving every second of it. Now as a high schooler, I want to take the next step and continue playing the game I love. As a player, I would say my strength lies in my hard work and selflessness in my game. As a defensive midfielder in a 4-3-3 formation, you play the important pivot point between offense and defense as well as the axle to switch the field of play, but often do not get the glory of goal-scoring forwards or star defenseman. This position fits me as a player perfectly because I am willing to do the hard-work to get the ball and then move it on to my teammates. Playing the midfielder position, the best aspect of my game happens to be my vision and passing. Because of this, my coaches and teammates believe in me to start a counter-attack with a through ball or escape a high pressure situation with a smart pass. I am very excited to continue my soccer career in the collegiate level and look forward to working hard for any team who is willing to work with me
