Personal Statement
I am passionate about the sport of swimming and I hope to be able to continue competing at the university level and, if possible, beyond that. I was named a team captain for the upcoming season and I am commited and have an excellent work ethic. I am hoping to achieve the Senior National time standard by February of 2013, specifically, with a 23.35 in the short course 50m free. In addition, I pride myself on my high academic standards and expect to follow through with these goals throughout my postsecondary education.
