Personal Statement
My name is Evan Brownrigg and I am a senior at Heritage Highschool (class of 2016). I swim club and on my highschool team which i have been varsity on since my freshman year. I have received many academic and swim honors throughout my swimming career, such as All-American, and I plan to major in aviation in college because flying planes for a living is my dream. Swimming is a passion of mine and I push myself to the limits in all my practices.I strive for the highest grade point average (3.8), by taking AP classes and pushing myself academically and physically in swimming.I plan to make my junior national cuts this year and make the state championship cuts for California. I am also an Eagle Scout and actively participate in the community. I would love to swim in college because it is my passion and I couldn't see myself going to college without swimming and competing. I am always striving to improve in everything I do, especially in swimming and academics.
