Edward's SwimmingPersonal Statement
I've been swimming since I was about 5 and I am one of the most competitive athletes that come. I love to see myself and my team to win and meet and exceed the goals we've set for ourselves. I very often find myself leading others and set a great model for people around me. I enjoy helping and watching teammates succeed and I stay positive 99.9% of the time. My number one goal on any team is to bring everyone up to their best so not only me but everyone on my team can excel and win. Academics for me is a very high priority and is my drive to succeed in life, but that doesn't stop me from also being 100% in the pool and against my competitors.
