Ethan Hauber '18 Recruiting Profile

Hello!  I am simply at home in the water.  I have been a competitive swimmer since I was a young boy and I haven't for a moment considered doing otherwise.  As well, I have become a competitive water polo player during high school.  I guess I would say that I pretty much compete in and out of the pool.  Currently, I also have the honor of being selected as one of the top violinists in the state having been appointed to the All-State Orchestra.  My grades are strong and my classes are challenging.  Community service is also a big part of my life and my activities go beyond the norm.    My teammates, classmates, and orchestra all view me as a leader in my organizations.  As such, I've coached younger swimmers over the summer, given violin lessons to students,  and served as concertmaster in my orchestra.  In college, I plan to push myself to achieve in my intended area of study, in music, and, of course, in the pool.
