Water was always my thing, I tried running and I have to say it wasn't for me and my flat feet. But instead, I used my flat feet as an advantage in the swimming pool. Ever since I hit the water I've become very passionate about building myself and improving myself through swimming. I've been able to develop my social skills, leadership skills, and finally my commitment skills through swimming.
College is a one time deal and I want to make the most of it. I'm still very undecided when it comes to my major but I've been looking at the medical field, psychology, computer sciences and business, and am searching for a school with these majors. I'm different from other recruits because I'm a very goal-oriented individual who stops at nothing to reach my goals. In swimming, for example, I was able to complete several of my goals including, making it to states where I raced the 200 medleys free relay, and I also beat 6:00.0 goal for the 500m free event, where I got a 5:47.18. On the same coin, I'm on track to complete my personal goal of being a Valedictorian when I graduate. I'm a very level-headed individual who works with his team but also completes personal goals to feel accomplished. My want for success would help me work with my team athletically and academically. My leadership, care, and drive would make me a good candidate for your team.
