I want to major in Psychiatrist. What makes me different from other swimmers and candidates is that I try to focus on simple steps to have good self confidence. One of my steps to stop creating negative thoughts, Which means avoid seeking out the possible consequences of a poor performance and instead focus on the things you can control. Take it one step at a time, create a new habit, aim for success, and be positive. That is what makes me different. I like to support my peers, encourage team members. I try to make swimming fun and still meet my goals. I started swimming at the age of one. I love swimming and I really try hard. I want to swim for college. When I swim in college I will try to make it my best, and make history for me and my team. I want to swim fast and push my college team so we can all make it to the championship.Swimming makes me happy when I am with a team because you get to challenge yourself to a lot of other swimmers that are on the team. I swam for the park district about six years. I started club swim at nine years old and now I am seventeen. I have done age group state, zone, senior states. I went to Junior Nationals March 17-21 2015 in Orlando Florida. I place 68 out of 169 swimmers in the 100 free. My swimming has been a process. I would not have it any other way.
