Why I want to swim at a collegiate level... I am a passionate swimmer and love the feeling of the comradery that comes along with being part of the team. There are many reasons why I want to continue to swim in college. First, I like competing against myself and watching my times improve. Swimming gives me a great feeling of accomplishment after every practice and meet because I try to give my all and push myself every time. I like the excitement of competing and being able to contribute to my team.
In addition to swim, I also take pride in my academic status. Swimming has helped with my focus and drive to be successful with my studies.
I look forward to refining my leadership ability and becoming a key part of the team.
