Personal Statement

I am a Junior at Providence High School in Charlotte NC. In college I would like to pursue a major in Architectural Design or Graphic Design. I currently swim at SwimMAC Carolina year round, and I am in the Senior 1 group. I have been swimming at SwimMac since I was 6. It is my true home away from home, and I love my team and my teammates. I look forward to continuing my swim career in college and contributing to a competitive and winning swim program.

My favorite events are IM and Backstroke. I have always been in love with backstroke, but my IM events continue to improve. SwimMac has always prided itself as an "IM" team, and I have benefited from that mantra.

As my coaches will attest to, I am an extremely hard worker, always early to practice, and take practice very seriously. These attributes not only make me a better swimmer but it pushes my teammates too.
