Personal Statement

Hi my name is Joe, I love the sport of swimming and I enjoy every second of it. I like to train hard, and I am not one of the guys to sit out on hard sets. Recently I switched teams from the Tonawanda Titans to STAR Swimming and it has made a world of difference for me. The training is different, we train hard and I am finding that, that is what suits me best. I like coming to practice each day and having fun with a great group of kids. Pushing myself each day feels good and I like to push my team mates as well. After a hard practice getting up on the blocks and asking Coach to time a race with a couple of the guys is a regular thing for me. The time doesn't really matter in those races but it's fun to get up and race anyway.
