Every second, minute, and hour in the water: working, training, and practicing is worth something to me. I have invested countless hours in swimming, since I was 7 years old, and it's my goal to ensure that this time was well spent. I value every bit of instruction a coach gives me because I want to get faster, and listening to my coach is one important way of increasing my speed for when it comes time to step up and race. There are "X" factors in every race that may influence its outcome; with that there can also be "X" factors on a team. In the 2014-2015 High school season I was awarded "Most Dedicated Swimmer". I would like to be an "X" factor on your team, that is dedicated, listens, values every second, minute, and hour; all so that I can improve in the wonderful sport of swimming.
