My USTA ranking is #826 for the B16 standings (Combined) in Florida. I am also #2 on my Varsity Tennis Team at Countryside High School, and received a Scholarship at the John Newcombe Tennis Ranch based on skill, leadership, and attitude.
I feel like even though i may not be the best, i am very coachable and i always work hard. The difference between myself and a different recruit most likely won't be as significant on paper, but I have a drive to do whatever it takes on and off the court to play at the highest level of tennis I can achieve.
I'm left handed, and I don't crack under pressure. I try not to show my emotions much during the match, and just play my game. In general I just have a will to succeed, playing tennis at a higher level than high school has become my goal this year, and I want to dedicate whatever spare time I have outside of the classroom and other areas so I can better myself on court. I love tennis and have a deep respect for the game, and want to excel to the best of my abilities.
