Personal Statement

Throughout my life I have played sports, from a very young age. I began taking tennis seriously in 7th and 8th grade and played at several academies in Florida such as Saviano and Saddlebrook. I am a strong leader in both soccer and tennis. As a junior, I have been the team captain for soccer for the past two years, and in tennis I became captain this year. I have a high 3.6 GPA and am a leader in academics as well as in the student government. I am an incredibly hard worker and have wanted to play tennis in college since I was a much younger kid. I hope I can be considered for your team!
