Personal Statement
Hi my name is Adrian Henderson and I'm just a young man who fell in love with the sport tennis. Tennis at first was just a hobby and then it became a dream. I want to further my tennis career and surpass goals. I feel like as an athlete I stand out from you pack. I play a variety of sports including football, basketball, and track. These sports have gave me an edge in tennis. I am physically faster and stronger than my opponents, and know patience is key. I have made it to the state level twice in football and I feel like it had taught me how to play when the pressure is all around you. It has also taught me to be a solid consistent player. I stand out in academics because I am a student athlete that strives in athletic and academic excellence. I am able to maintain a 4.0 GPA and excel in athletics. My character is something I am really proud of. I always remain optimistic, always see room for improvement, and I feel like I can do anything I set my mind too. My favorite phase is nobody owns today so take it. I live that phrase day by day. Tennis is my life and I know I am ready to take my game to the next level.
