I plan to study business and open a business after college, I've had 3 small businesses growing up. I have been playing tennis for a short period of time. This past summer I have really taken it seriously and have to decided to stop playing lacrosse and put all my efforts into tennis for my senior year. The time invested over the summer is really showing and my skill level is really escalating. I am #1 on my 6A high school for doubles and singles. As a captain so far I enjoy getting the team hyped, leading by example, and always encouraging. This past year I also coached a 3rd and 4th grade lacrosse team that lost 1 game over the season! I learned so much and had tons of fun doing so. Also I coached at a tennis clinic over the summer for the younger guys. I mowed lawns and worked for a restoration company. About my tennis- My serve is absolutely my biggest threat a "live arm" coaches say I have always being able to hit big but recently becoming really controlled and being willing to hit a heavy 2nd kick or slice serve and place it wherever needed. 1st serve I often hit flat and get a lot of free points from it. In doubles I tend to hit more slice serves giving me the ability to serve and volley and really handcuff them on the return. My forehand is my next biggest threat having the ablility to hit heavy solid rally balls backing them off the court until I get the easy aproach. I enjoy hitting cross court backhands although I have an even more comfortable down the line shot i feel it can do some damage. My volleys and over heads I am quick to put away sticking the ball and placing it out of their reach, having a lot of fun with touch too. I feel I am more athletic than a lot of tennis players. Here are some sports I have played in the past. Lacrosse-7 years Baseball- 8 years Soccer- 3 years Basketball- 4 years Football- 6 years Track- 4 years BMX- 2 years Tennis- 3 years
