My name is Mason Gaw. I have been running since I was in 3rd grade. Running became a big part of my life when I broke Landon Donovon's 8th grade mile record. I have been a Varsity track runner for Redlands East Valley High school since my freshman year. I am currently the number one 400 runner in my school and I hold the Sophomore 400 record. Coming into the 2016 track season, I set the goal to break the Junior school record at the beginning of the season. As the season goes on I also want to run at Arcadia and Mount SAC invitational. My last goal is to break the school 400 record of 48.6. I know that if I work hard and don't slack off i can do this by the end of my senior year.
