Noah Rodgers '17 Recruiting Profile

Hi. My name is Noah Rodgers. I am a high school runner at Yucaipa High School. Running has influenced me and shows me what it’s like to be on a team who cares for one another and to be who you are inside. I started running in 2013, my freshman year, and absolutely loved it. Ever since my first race, I have worked hard trying to be the best runner I can be. During cross country and track season, I would get up at 4 am to run thinking that the competition isn’t taking a break why am I. Academically, I want to become an electrical or mechanical engineer. I make sure that all my Academics come first, but have no issues maintaining my workout schedule. My running career started later than most; but I believe with my work ethic and dedication to my new favorite sport, I am now an above average runner with a lot of potential for future growth than those who have been running longer may not have.
