Jevin Kitchen '17 Recruiting Profile

   Growing up, my parents pushed me to do great things in my life and to go to college. Coming from a small town with nothing more to offer me but trouble, I want to leave and achieve my goal to being a part of a college team to continue to play sports and possibly make a career out of it. Ever since I could remember, sports has been apart of my life, and honestly, I wasn't planning on playing track in college. When I was a freshman in high school, my buddy Ryan told me about track an that its a lot of fun, and so I did falling absolutely in love with the sport. That is also how I got into basketball, I would play ball everyday at recess then finally decided to join the team and fell I love instantly. My absolute love for sports makes me a determined, dedicated, efficient and hard working athlete.
