• Great day at the track. We ran the fastest time in the nation in the 1600 sprint medley relay 3:28.21! My split in the 200 was 21.6.

• Most memorable weekend of my life! Our sprint medley not only won Arcadia but we ran the fifth fastest time in Arcadia history. Also the fastest time in the nation this year. My split for the opening 200 leg was 21.1.
