Personal Statement

I have striven throughout high school to be a collegiate athlete by working diligently both in the classroom and on the race course. Teams that have a competitive nature and are also close knit are the right fit fit me. I work well with a competitive team and enjoy the team atmosphere.  Because I have trained on an overall low mileage program and still had success in high school, I also know that I have a lot more potential that I hope to reach in college. I am committed to running and education and hope to continue that commitment throughout college.
