I am a 5’9 student and I have been running AAU track for 5 years, track for my school since 7th grade, and I just started running AAU indoor in 2011. I am team captain for my AAU team. I went to Nationals for AAU track this summer 2011 in New Orleans, qualifying for the 400, 4 by 4 relay, and 4 by 1 relay. This upcoming year I would like to make it to state, and also try to go to the Junior Olympics again. My fastest 400 so far is 51.05 seconds and fastest 200 is 23.35 seconds. I am training almost every day prior to school to lower my times. My high school won first team all-region (4A) in 2011. I also helped my team break the school record in the 4 by 4 relay. In 2013, I began to run the 800m. My fastest time for the 800m is 1:58. I ran that time at the AAU Club Championships in Orlando Florida. I became an All- American in the 800m. and sprint medley relay with my team. I took AP classes throughout high school: AP Chemistry, AP Statistics and AP U.S. History. I graduated as a honor graduate as well as being in two academic clubs: BETA Club and NHS. I am looking for any college right now. I am a kinesiology major, and I am willing to be committed to my track coach, and as well to my professors.
