Mason Gibbons '25 Recruiting Profile

I've been running track since I was eleven years old. I quickly fell in love with the sport once I ran my first meet. After that day, my dream to run in college grew and I began to realize the effort and determination needed to do so. I am willing to do whatever it takes to fulfill this dream.

As a veteran on my team, I consider myself a leader on my team. I love encouraging others and watching them succeed. I love criticism and consider my self very coachable. I enjoy challenges and always give my all to myself, my team, and my academics. My academics are equally important to me as my athletics. I currently hold above a 4.0 GPA and work to maintain and increase it. I also serve on my school's student council where I proudly help lead my school. I intend on attending a college that is not only athletically competitive, but academically challenging as well. I'm looking for a college with the best fit for me and will be open to anything. I desire to compete at the highest level possible and have a positive impact on whatever school I end up attending. Most importantly, I strive to be the best athlete, teammate, student, son, and person I can be.
