I am a Cross-Country runner who is willing to run for a College Team. I enjoy running a whole lot. I train everyday, and do workouts with 4 by 1 miles and 1 1/2 warm-ups and 3 mile cool-downs, 200, 400m on and offs for two-three miles, getting abut 55 miles a week during season. This past (Junior Year) season, I was running good as top 11th on team, and got injured with a pelvic fracture. Most of my times have not been too good, but I know for a fact i can get low 18's and mid 17's. I am running my senior year, and hope to have a great cross country season. My new times will be posted through next my new season.
