Personal Statement

My name is David and I am currently a junior at Thomas Johnson Highschool. I started doing track in my sophomore year and want to go on and jump at a collegiate level.

I have lofty goals for myself such as breaking my school's triple jump record and I have the work ethic to meet these goals. I have the same mindset in the classroom where I push myself to maintain a high GPA despite the difficulty of the classes that I take.

I want to find a college that will push me to new levels academically and athletically. I hope to become someone that others can look up to.
