Sherwayne Benjamin '10 Recruiting Profile

My name is Sherwayne Benjamin I was born in Jamaica. I'm 5"10,I weight 138Lb, and I ran a 4.6 in the 40yd dash. This is my first time since in middle school i started to do track in my senior year. I can show leadership by help other teammate on how to stretch and keep up the pace. Im hard working when it come to track I listen what the coach have to say, push myself to go faster, always there on time so I can get started. Track is also my dream to play in college so someday I can run the Olympic. also the person inspire me, motivate me and encourage me is Usain Bolt. he's a role model to me because he's fast and have full of energy also alot spirit on what he's doing. The type of school of school i want to get in it doesn't matter where really has long im on team and getting a good education. My major is to be a Teacher/Coach on sports, Business Management. My realistic athletic goals are to play at a high competition level and show other sprinters that they can push themselves to achieve the same.
