Marcus Johnson '15 Recruiting Profile

Running is my life. I love to do it, both Cross Country and Track. I believe a good athlete like myself has a combination of talent, passion, strong work ethic and dedication. I continue to pursue my academic goals, maintaining my grades, while doing morning, evening and weekend practices. Over the summer I had the opportunity to attend a college running camp at The Ohio State University. In addition to the knowledge and experience I gained, my favorite part was being involved with a large group of guys whom shared my desire for improvement. I also consider myself lucky to have competed against and built a friendship with an athlete of national ranking (Spencer Haik) from my home town. I am looking forward to enhancing my skills to be the best I can, pushing myself to my limits whatever it takes and competing at the collegiate level.
