Personal Statement

Hi all.

I have finished my collegiate physics career with multiple all-American statuses. I can honestly say  that NCSA did NOT help me get recruited. They basically took my money and ran.  I regret ever using this website.

To whom ever is reading this, just believe in your self and keep to the grind stone. You don’t need someone else to do the work for you.

Keep your eyes on the Prize.

  • Warm Ups: Active Stretching in hamstrings, hips, goin, and quadraceps. Then, buttkicks, high knees, and claws. These make up the Ostrich: and exadurated running motion. Done always with a pole in hand. Next, 20 steps in 20 meters, 20 steps in 25 meters and lastly, 20 in 30 meters. Next is the Ostrich Cadence, where I run 6 lefts in Ostiches and the chance the tempo into 3 lefts in high knees, which comes out to be a 9- step approach.
  • Petrov Style ( As seen in Beginner to Bubka by: Alan Launder)

  • Weight room - Squat, Clean, Dead-lift, Bench Field - Lots and lots of abs and shoulders (deltoids), tire pull, pull-ups. All into Circuit training; Lots of Highbar: Giants, Back Hip-circles to Handstands, Kips and Casts Drills- 2-step, 4-step, 6-step stiff pole plants with an emphasis on eyes up and staying behind the pole both in the sand pit and the foam pit.
