Personal Statement

I plan to go beyond a graduate level degree while maintaining a national level performance in running. My most prominent goals as a runner would be to break 4 minutes in a mile and 15 minutes in a 5K. I'm willing to complete any work-out and run any race. I actually have a solid speed base but haven't recently ran shorter to confirm a time. I am very good at balencing time out between school work and practice and remain in a good mood most days. I am always setting goals and working towards them so that I don't loose my drive to work hard.
