Personal Statement
I come from an athletic family. Both my parents were college athletes. My father was a 3x Division III National wrestling champion for the College of New Jersey and my Mother was a 2 sport athlete (soccer & swimming) for Susquehanna University. My goal is to be a Division I track athlete and compete among the best in the nation. I currently attend Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft, New Jersey. In 2015/2016, we were the #1 school in New Jersey in Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track. Every year we are expected to be #1. I know how to perform under pressure and under the spotlight. Expectations are high year in and year out. I can promise that I will come to a program "College Ready". Both from a work ethic and expectation standpoint. My favorite quote is "Pressure is a privilege". If you're not feeling pressure......then what you're doing is probably not that important.
