By the end of my senior year. I would like to run 1:55 in 800 meters. In my field events, for the javelin I would want to throw 217” or better and in pole vault I would want to clear 14ft
My freshman year I ran 2:17 indoors season and ran 60 in the 400 meters. My outdoor season I ran 2:12 in the 800 meters split and I ran 56 in the 400meters split. Also in I threw 144.9ft in the javelin. I just started pole vaulting over the summer and cleared 9.6ft.
Goals for Sophomore year
In 5000 meters I would like to run 18:40. For the 800 meters I would like to run 2:00-2:05. For javelin I want to throw 160ft, and for pole vault is to get over 11.6ft.
