I am a senior at Reynoldsburg High School, attending the Health and Human Services Academy (HS2). My ultimate goal is a career in Nursing or Athletic/Physical Training. I believe I am a unique track athlete in that I have successfully competed in various events since 7th grade. I have competed and lettered in the 400, 800, 1600, 3200, 4x16, 4x8, 4x4 and in Cross Country. I believe what makes me a good candidate is that I am hard working in practice and during competition. I can be counted on to give a 110%. As a result, I am always striving to better myself. I support my team and I am with them through thick and thin. If our team needs points and they need someone to step up, I will jump in and compete hard to help the team. I value the input of my coaches and work diligently to put into practice their advice on race day. I am generally a positive person with a great temperament who can be counted on by my teammates. Recently, I tried football for the first time. From practicing and lifting with the team, I am stronger, faster and more fearless in doing what it takes to get the job done on and off the field (track). Likewise, football has also made me more focused on track for this outdoor high school season. I continue to test myself by training off season and competed in summer AAU track with the Columbus Panthers.
