Oisin McEvoy '24 Recruiting Profile

I'm Oisin McEvoy, I’m originally from England and have been fortunate to experience living in multiple countries and states.  These moves have taught me to be adaptable, tenacious and the important life skills of quickly building diverse friendships.  I've been running Track since the 8th grade, and ever since then, I've fallen in love with the sport. I'm a hard worker, and I pride myself on taking feedback from others and implementing it. I have a 3.6 unweighted GPA and 3.9 weighted. During my academic career, I have taken the most challenging courses available to me and enjoy growing my knowledge and challenging myself. I am honored to be a captain of my Track team, and I get a sense of joy knowing I get to lead the team, help others become successful and help build our supportive and inclusive Track community. I am really hoping to get to continue my track career at the next level, and I am excited at the prospect of getting to work with and learn from professional coaches to help me develop my skills and techniques to allow me to unleash my full potential.
