Pole vaulting is my passion. I am a student of my event. I strive to educate myself with as much knowledge as I can possibly find on Pole Vaulting. I am always excited to learn and train. I work 6-7 days a week honing my craft. I spend three days a week in an indoor facility called Vaultworx. I also workout, train, and do drills on my own three more days a week. I am completely committed to improving myself in this sport. Despite the time I spend training, I still carve out time for my academics. I maintain a 4.0 GPA and am ranked 16th in my class. I am a natural leader and have been chosen as the male representative from my school in a leadership training program known as a "Future Leaders of York". I believe I will make a great addition to any team. I am very excited about gaining the opportunity to learn and grow not only as an athlete but as a student and a member of a college community.
