Anthony Bach '17 Recruiting Profile

I am a natural leader. I lead by example. I try to motivate my teammates so they will strive to work harder. I also am trying to instill within them a more positive outlook and thought process.  I am a committed teammate and will try, at all cost, to pull them to victory with me, regardless of who our competition may be. I don't treat people differently. I think we can all be good at the sport we choose and that everyone has to start somewhere. I believe that when I'm running... I AM different. Nothing will keep me from achieving my goals. 

My dream is to have the opportunity to obtain my degree in either business or law, and to run at the highest collegiate level possible. I have run cross country in the State Meet for 3 years in a row.  I do my best, and give everything I have on race day. I was the #1 ranked freshman in Pennsylvania in 2013.  I was also ranked as the #1 Sophomore in the state in 2014. Presently, I am the #1 ranked Junior in Pennsylvania. I have also qualified for National Elite Status in the 5K with a time of 16.30. 1 for the all star team
