As a long time competitor in cross country and track, I know that entering into college level running is the next step in my running career. Each year of my high school career has been spent on the varsity level where I performed at the top of my team. I owe my improvement to my coach, she has provided me with proper workouts and vital information (diet, form, etc.) that has been pivotal in the progression of my career. My ultimate goal is to enter a college that that will benefit both my academic and running careers.
While running throughout high school I have managed to keep a 3.3 grade point average, that is likely to improve by the conclusion of my high school career. I have also continuously taken various AP and AP dual credit courses to prepare myself for the challenge and atmosphere of the college experience. I am a member of the High School National Honor Society and the Spanish National Honor Society; I was MVP of the Brandeis High School Cross Country team in 2016 and 2017; I served as team co-captain 2016; I served as team captain in 2017 and 2018.
No matter where I enroll, my dedication and love for the sport will follow.
