Personal Statement
Because of my three mission trips to Kenya in which i have developed many relationships, and because of my aptitude for math and science I want to study either Agricultural or Civil Engineering in order to be able to help farmers both in the US and in Africa develop more food and healthier food at a lower cost.
I will be a good fit for your team because I have experience leading teams. I was Captain of my Cross Country Team my Junior year, I have had leadership positions on my mission trips. When I was younger I always led by example but an injury that sidelined me for much of my Sophomore season taught me to be a more vocal leader.
