2015 District 5-5...Personal Statement
Hello, I'm Christian Lowery, a senior at Chisholm Trail H. S. Two of my biggest ambitions are realizing my full physical potential as a runner and becoming an exemplary member of society. Becoming an elite collegiate student athlete will aid me in accomplishing both of these. My dedication to excellence is evident in my many athletic and academic accomplishments.
Even with notable run times in track and cross country, I plan on getting better. My goal for the upcoming cross country season is to run the 5k in under 15:30 and to consistently finish the 5k in under 16 minutes. Another goal for the upcoming cross country season is to qualify for the state meet again and to place in the top 10 at the state meet.
I believe availing myself to elite training and a world-class education during my college years will aid me in accomplishing both of my goals. My desire is to seek a major in Engineering, which requires prominent math skills and attention to detail.

Yes. As a freshman I took Pre-AP Geometry, Pre-AP Biology, and Pre-AP English I. As a sophomore I took Pre-AP Algebra II, Pre-AP Chemistry, and Pre-AP English II. As a junior I am taking Pre-AP Pre-Calculus and Pre-AP Spanish III. As a senior I will not be taking any Pre-AP class due to the low availability of these classes in comparison to AP classes.Are you in AP/IB classes?
Yes. As a freshman I took AP Human Geography. As a sophomore I took AP World History. As a junior I am taking AP Statistics, AP Physics, AP US History, and AP English Language and Composition.
