Hi, I am D'Undre Mitchell and I belong on your team for several reasons. I am a student-athlete. I must excel in the classroom before I can excel on the track. School will always come first and my grades must satisfy before I get involved with athletics. Second, I am overly dedicated to the sport of track and field. It has always been my first love and this is now my ninth year doing it. Of course I wouldn't want to stop now. Also, I improve very easily with training. I catch on quickly and once I put my mind to something, I do whatever it takes to reach that goal and nothing can stop me. And lastly, I am a team player. Track has a lot to do with individualism but it starts mostly with a team effort. I will do anything a coach tells me to do to help the team out and succeed.
