Phi Cao '15 Recruiting Profile

My love for running began back as far back as I could remember and as I entered 7th grade I joined the cross country and track team. Although I was always the slowest kid on my team, I continued to train giving 110% of my effort. 

My competitive spirit and undying willpower rewarded me as one of the fastest athletes as I entered high school, and I continue to improve exponentially every year. Each year that I stay in track, I experience new challenges and obstacles that I have to overcome. Currently I am a Senior and I don't want this year to be my final track season. I've been awarded with multiple medals in the 100M, 200M, 4x100M, 4x200M, 4x400M, and Long Jump and in 2013 I was the track captain and awarded with the "Most Improved" throughout the school year. Although my time isn't as impressive as other athletes, I guarantee I give my 110% all on the track. They will only beat me because they're more talented than me, but I will not lose to anyone because they've trained harder than me.
