Personal Statement

I really would like to continue running track in college. I am a hard worker and am looking for an opportunity to truly blossom.  I recently ran my PB in the 100 meters, 10.83 at our District 19-5A championships.  I've also had two PR's in the 200 meters (22.45) at our Area Championships and know I can go faster.  I'm a competitor who knows how to compete and I have the will to win.

I have had 4 different coaches in my 4 years of high school, all with different approaches to training.  I have had the most success running summer track where I truly get a chance to focus on speed development and acceleration.  I want to find the right fit and be given a chance and opportunity.  Please watch my video to see what type of runner you would get.
