My name is Nicholas Alexander and I am about to enter my senior year at Sachse High School in Sachse, Texas, Class of 2017. I began running track at the age of 6 and have competed every year since. As a Junior I was a Regional Finalist in both the 100 meter and 200 meter races finishing 5th and 4th respectively. 

My dreams is to run for a Division 1 College Track and Field Program and to receive a college education from a respected university. I would very much like to be a part of a school and team that has a high level of pride and tradition. I have several areas of interest for my education but the ones that are most interesting to me are either Criminal Justice or Business Management.

I have a desire to succeed at anything I put my mind to and go against the odds. My motto is “Heart over Height”. That is the attitude that I will take with me to the next level both as a student and as an athlete. I am a natural born leader, I have always shown the ability to lead and motivate others. Leadership is a privilege that I will proudly accept and work hard to maintain!
