Chauncey Copeland '17 Recruiting Profile

I am a coach-able athlete that is a student first and highly self- motivated. I am a team player that encourages my teammates to strive for the best and not to settle for less. I am always willing to learn new techniques to improve my performance level, and I look to those who have been in "my shoes" to gain the most wisdom from. I am a leader not a follower, and I know how to listen and to perform. 

I also have never had a serious problem with my academics. I give just as much effort in school as I do for sports. I have passed all my SOL since elementary school,  continuously got Honor roll, and I have even been bumped up in my class level due to the teacher seeing my learning potential.  Grades are the last thing any team has to worry about me lacking in.
